Having undergone a complete refurbishment just last year, our luxury accommodation in Rome provides an opulent and pleasant environment in which to stay, just metres from the Trevi Fountain itself.

ROOMS

All of our rooms are NO SMOKING and feature individual climate control, tea and coffee facilities, 32” plasma TV with international channels and SKY pay per view. Professional Laundry Service as well as hook up to our FREE Wi-Fi connection.

STANDARD ROOM - The first stop for a pleasant stay in Rome, two versions with double bed or two single beds, this is ideal for feeling at ease and enjoying a relaxing moment after a day of sight-seeing or shopping. Room size form 10 to 14 sq.mt. window facing the back yard of the building.

SUPERIOR ROOM - Elegance and the maximum attention, for a stay centred around well-being and luxury. The best of our services to take care of our guests. Room size from 12 to 18 sq.mt. window facing the main street Via del Lavatore on the front section of the building.

TRIPLE ROOM - Classical in style and extremely comfortable, a unique feeling of spaciousness and contemporary decor, 3 beds or 2 beds + sofa bed. Room size from 16 to 22 sq.mt. window facing the back yard or the front section of the building.

EXECUTIVE ATTIC ROOM - Really unique on the last floor of the building with some stairs to climb, elegance and maximum attention at every detail. Room size aprox 30 sq.mt. the only room with a private terrace and partial view of the Trevi Fountain.

JUNIOR SUITE FOUNTAIN VIEW - The VIP Junior Suite fountain view are the best rooms available, elegance, luxury & comfort at it’s best, maximum attention at every detail. Room size aprox 36 sq.mt. extra large room window facing the Trevi Fountain.

ANNEXE - DEPENDANCE Double or Triple Room - This rooms ideal for those desiring privacy and luxury are located on the 1st floor from the ground, in a separate building just 2 minutes walk from the main building. The rooms have window facing the streets of Via del Lavatore, Vicolo Scanderbeg or Palazzo del Quirinale. Staff members will help you with luggage after check-in.

Special Requests

Children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bed or in baby cot previously comfirmed. Children from 2 to 7 years are charged 40 €uro per night sharing parents bed previously comfirmed. IMPORTANT: extra bed or baby cot are upon request and must to be confirmed before arrival date by the booking office. Supplements will not be calculated automatically and the extra costs must to be paid separately. If you have any particular requests let us know in advace.

Non Smoking Rooms

All our luxury guest rooms non smoking in accordance with Italian law. If you have any particular mobility requirements or requests you can contact us in advance of your stay just to set your mind at ease.

CHECK-IN is possible at any time, rooms will be ready by 1:00 pm. In case of early arrival or late departure it's possible to leave your luggage in our free deposit.

CHECK-OUT by 11:00 am. Request of late check-out can only be possible if rooms are available, extra charge will be applied starting from 50 euro.
